Representative of the Pascal type is confident in their opinion. With their presentation, they often make an impression of an intelligent person. The first Logic function presents knowledge as an objective truth that is not subject to doubt. This happens unintentionally. LEVF really believes that they cannot be wrong and describes everything extremely objectively. This is related to their attitude towards discussions: “Why discuss? I have already explained everything.” LEVF either “knows for sure” or does not yet have an opinion. In their right mind, Pascal will not interfere in what they do not understand and will trust specialists.
The third Volition is, on the one hand, a constant desire for action. Achieving Pascal’s goals very often affects other people: to be the best, to lead a team, to prove their significance. Due to the combination of 3V and the Second Emotion, LEVF tries to present themselves in the best light, create the right image. Therefore, many Pascals feel good in art and show business. On the other hand, 3V is a source of self-doubt. Unsatisfied ambitions may be hidden behind the image of a bright and intelligent person. When there is nothing to strive for or the current goal seems unattainable, Pascal suffers from internal contradictions. LEVF considers it unacceptable to lower the bar set by society or themselves.
The second Emotion is open to other people’s feelings. LEVF likes to play to the crowd, “ignite” their audience, create a certain atmosphere. Even if it seems that Pascal is ignoring someone’s feelings, in reality, they see everything, they just try to evoke certain emotions in the object of their attention with their “coldness”. But as a rule, this tactic is not interesting to LEVF. Being in the center of attention is much better, and it works out well. Like other 2E, it is important for Pascal to get feedback. They like sensitive interlocutors and digging into their “bundles” of emotions.
Pascal has many goals, feelings, and the need to form their own opinion. They simply do not have enough attention for “earthly” matters. Like other fourth Physics, LEVF is unpretentious. Pascal thinks little about their own comfort but will be happy if someone else provides conveniences. This type can easily change their eating habits. The main thing is to have someone to “take an example from”. When such a person is around, Pascal feels more alive. But there is a nuance: LEVF, although yielding, still needs to coordinate plans. They may “rebel” if they feel that their desires are being ignored.
Pascal can be either deliberately dramatic or a bright person. It is important for them to achieve something, occupy a certain place, for example, in their team. On important issues, LEVF has almost unwavering opinions, and this confidence impresses many people. Sometimes Pascal forgets about their own needs, so they may underestimate “earthly” pleasures.
In order for you to create a more complete image of Pascal, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the descriptions of their functions (1L, 2E, 3V and 4F), as well as their accentuations (1L, 2E, 3V and 4F).
